Fort Frederick is a Portuguese fort built at Trincomalee. It is also called the Fort of Triquillimale. Earlier,  there was a Hindu temple here, and it was destroyed by the Portuguese to build this fort. Although the  Sri Lankan military is using this fort, it is open for visitors as well.
